I love seeing these brightly hued birds in the middle of winter. I love their bright red coloring and the tuft of feathers on the top of the head - so cute!
I used Kim Klassen's "Moody", "Vintage Magic Mess", and "Lyrical" textures on this image - lots of grungy texture!

ReplyDeleteYour image and texture are wonderful. I love cardinals too! When my daughter was little she used to think a cardinal was a red parrot and get so excited to see a parrot in our Ohio backyard.
